Games in Education 2012 - Keynote - PD as Play
After a two year study, this session reviews what professional development assets are the most useful for expert (award winning) teachers.
Instead of programmed PD, these teachers express how essential it is to be part of a community, experiment with students, have a hobby, or even to play computer games.
If this is where they find inspiration and support for expert practice, it’s worth exploring options for all teachers to renew their sense of play.
